A more intimate feedback loop for an unforgiving material.

Flogg is a personal 3D-printing log and comparison tool I built while dialing in 70A TPU. It turns a sequence of settings, photos, and observations into a record I can actually use for the next print.

My contribution

SCOPE OF WORK
  1. Print history

    Recording each attempt with the details that matter when a material behaves unpredictably.

  2. Settings comparison

    Showing the specific differences between prints instead of relying on memory or scattered files.

  3. Visual feedback

    Keeping print photos and notes beside the settings that produced them.

DESIGN & INTENT

Small changes need a visible record

70A TPU can react strongly to small changes in print settings. I needed a way to follow those changes closely enough to understand the relationship between a decision and the physical result. Flogg brings the settings, notes, and photos for each attempt into one personal history.

BUILD & CONTEXT

Comparison is the point

The tool is designed around the question that comes after a print: what changed? A comparison view makes the differences between attempts explicit, giving the next adjustment a clearer starting point. It is a small piece of software built around a real feedback loop in making.
